With effect from 23 October 2026, Howden Korea Co., Ltd. will change its company name to HWS Korea Co., Ltd. and begin a new chapter.

Building on the extensive experience and distinctive expertise we have developed as Hankook WholeSale Insurance Broker, all of our staff will continue to work together after the change of name to provide the best insurance brokerage service for both existing and new contracts.

The company remains the same legal entity before and after the change of name. The change of name itself does not change any contracting party or transfer any contractual position to another entity, and the rights and obligations under existing contracts to which we are a party remain in place.

Following the change of name, the user name of each employee's email address will remain the same, while the domain will change to @hwskorea.com. Apart from the new company name (including the account holder name), logo and email domain, our corporate registration number, business registration number, bank account number, telephone number and office address remain unchanged.
